They won by the score of 124 – 100.The Navigators were missing Manny Pierce who usually scores 20 to 30 points a game! But the Navigators were led by “The DOCTOR – Dre Jackson who dropped a Triple-Double with 56 points, 10 assists, 20 rebounds, 3 steals, 2 blocked shots & (5)3-Pt Buckets. Teammates Kawon Bradley added 14 points, 4 assists, 10 rebounds, 2 steals, & 2 blocked shots and Reem Smith had a double-double with 12 points, 15 rebounds & 4 blocked shots in the loss. 

Wednesday 5/7/25 Game #2 LaSalle School for Boys Bball Team Vs A Team Navigators Bball Team The Navigators in the second half turned up their defense and ran away with the game by the score of 105 – 55 over the LaSalle School for Boys Bball Team. The Navigators were led by Doctor Dre Jackson who dropped 40 points, 5 assists, 10 rebounds, 4 steals, 1 punch & (3)3-Pt buckets! Teammate Dezman Handy added 19 points, 2 assists, 3 rebounds, 5 steals, 2 blocked shots & (4)3-Pt buckets in the win.

Basketball Headlines Tuesday 5/6/25 Game #2 the B Team Navigators Vs the B Team Red Raiders The Navigators had a 3 point led 73 to 70, with 28 seconds left in the game and instead of them holding the basketball, Coach Chris Smith, elected to tell his best player to shoot the basketball? He missed and the Red Raiders came down and tied the ball game up with a 3-Pt Bucket and went on to win the contest in regulation by the score of 74 to 73 Red Raiders! The Red Raiders out hustled and out rebounded the Navigators by a wide margin! The Navigators were led by newcomer Damani W. dropped 29 points, 3 assists, 12 rebounds, 3 steals & 1 blocked shot in the loss.

Basketball Headlines Wednesday 4/30/25 Game #1 A Team Navigators Bball Team Vs LaSalle School for Boys Bball Team The Navigators in their first contest this year, did not play their best basketball, but still managed to with by 20 points, by the score of 70 – 50. The Navigators were led by Manny Pierce who dropped 30 points, 2 assists, 6 rebounds, 3 steals, 3 blocked shots & (3)3-Pt buckets! Teammate Kawon Bradley added 14 points, 3 assists, 9 rebounds, 5 steals & 2 blocked shots in the win.

The Red Raiders played like they have been playing together for a while, as a result, beat the B Team Navigators by the score of 47 – 40. The Navigators were led by Nahjee F. who dropped 11 points, 3 assists, 6 rebounds and 3 steals and Teammate Haywood T. also dropped 11 points, 2 assists, 8 rebounds and (1) 3pt bucket in the loss.

Game #2 was just as close and exciting as the first contest! Again AAU Team Lighting came away with a 2 point victory, by the score of 54 – 52. The Navigators were led by Dashaun R. who scored 12 points, 4 assists, 12 rebounds, 4 steals and 2 blocked shots. Teammate Javien B. added 14 points, 2 assists, 11 rebounds and 5 steals in the loss.

The Navigators once again played an older Team and held their own, but loss the contest by the score of 102 to 94. Newcomer Mykaia Anderson dropped 35 points, 15 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals & 3 blocked shots. Teammate Yahir Rosa also dropped 35 points & 5 steals. Manny Pierce added 14 points & Raeesh scored 10 points in the loss.

The Navigators played a tight contest, by in the closing seconds, they turned the ball over and loss by the score of 51 to 50 to Team Lightning at Bishop Gibbons Gymnasium. The Navigators were led by Manny Pierce who dropped 14 points, 3 assists, 8 rebounds, 3 steals & 3 blocked shots. Teammate Allen Perez added 11 points, 4 assists and 4 rebounds in the loss.

The Navigators put up a good fight, playing against 19yrs to 23 yrs. olds – In the end the Tony Clements A-Team prevailed by the score of 109 to 101. The Navigators had 5 five players in double figures, led by Yahir Rosa who dropped 26 points, Manny Pierce dropped 22 points, Yandy M. dropped 19 points, Rameesh dropped 12 points and Allen Perez dropped 10 points in the loss
